Our Adult program (for ages 16+) is designed to transform your body in a fun, high-energy way. All classes are dance-based, set
to music, and vary in style and intensity so your body gets a well-rounded work out. Plus, our raised-wood floors are designed to
be gentle on your joints- you'll notice a difference, and your body will thank you!

CLASSES:

Beginning Ballet- Get the ballerina body you dream about with traditional ballet exercises done at the barre, and
combinations across the floor. Never taken ballet? No problem! You'll learn the fundamentals, and be ready for the next level in
no time!

Beginning/Intermediate Ballet- The next step in our Adult Ballet program, barre work and combinations become more involved.

Beginning Contemporary- Learn basic modern and contemporary dance moves during this class. Find new ways to move your
body, and muscles you never knew you had.

Cardio Dance Blast 1 & 2- This jam-packed, high-energy class will wake your inner diva. Loud music and funky moves will have
you dancing away the calories. Any style goes in this one! You'll do a little bit of everything from hip-hop to jazz to Latin and
African moves. This class was designed to work in two parts:
Part one- Learn new steps, they start slow and pick up quickly!
Part two- Put the moves you learn earlier in the week together in combinations to learn full dances!

Stretch and Strength- Pilates and Yoga have inspired this class. Sweat out the stresses from your day. You'll leave this class feeling
strong, healthy, and relaxed.

Kickboxing- Traditional kickboxing moves set to kick-butt tunes. Get your heart rate up and tone those muscles in this hard-core
class.
